Mexico Man Faces Arson Charges

CENTRALIA - Centralia police arrested a man they say is responsible for setting a storage building in Mexico on fire Monday morning.

Larry Skinner, 46, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree arson after police say he set a storage building on fire. Mexico police said Skinner was renting a storage unit on South Olive Street.

Skinner is currently in the Audrain County Jail.
