Mid-Missouri Sporting Event Schedule Changes
COLUMBIA -- Due to inclement weather in Mid-Missouri, the following sporting events have been moved from their originally scheduled dates or canceled.
- The Missouri Valley College home baseball doubleheader with Benedictine College will now start at 10 am on Saturday.
- The Lincoln women's golf team will now play in the MWSU Candlewood Suites Classic - scheduled for this Sunday and Monday - next Sunday and Monday at the St. Joseph Country Club.
- The Missouri Valley College softball game scheduled for Saturday vs. Baker University scheduled has been rescheduled for April 14th at 2pm and 4pm in Baldwin City, Kansas.
- Mizzou softball's series finale against Georgia Tech on Sunday, March 24, has been cancelled due to anticipated inclement weather conditions. The game will not be rescheduled. The Tigers will continue with the scheduled games against the Yellow Jackets on Saturday, March 23, moved forward two hours to Noon and 2 p.m. starts.
