Missouri Department of Revenue to Implement New Security Measures for Licenses
JEFFERSON CITY - The Missouri Department of Revenue released a video on YouTube describing new security measures for licenses that will be implemented in the next few months.
For those under 21, IDs will now be vertical.
The process through which Missouri residents get their licenses will also change. Going forward, when someone applies for a license, they will receive a temporary paper license before a permanent one is mailed to them.
Officials said this change will decrease the amount of time spent in the license offices.
