Missouri Energy Group Names Director
JEFFERSON CITY (AP) - A Missouri organization focused on energy issues has hired its first executive director.
Josh Campbell will head the Missouri Energy Initiative, a nonprofit group created in 2009 from a college professor's desire to unite business groups, researchers and environmental activists.
Campbell is an attorney and has clerked at the Environmental Protection Agency. He was also the first executive director of the
advocacy group Missouri Votes Conservation.
The Missouri Energy Initiative describes itself as a nonpartisan organization that aims to study energy issues and become an unbiased source of information for policymakers.
