Missouri Football announces complete 2017 schedule
COLUMBIA- The Missouri Tiger football team announced its complete 2017 schedule on Thursday night, as did the rest of the Southeastern Conference.
The Tigers will open the season at home against former Defensive Coordinator Dave Steckel and the Missouri State Bears on September 2nd in part of a four-game homestand to open the 2017 campaign, a first since the 1908 season.
Mizzou opens conference play against South Carolina in the second game of the season on September 9th. The month of October puts the Tigers on the road for the first time all season in an inter-divison matchup with the Kentucky Wildcats on October 7th in Lexington.
The Tigers host Idaho for its annual Homecoming game on October 21st, which is the lone home game for Mizzou in the month.
In November, Missouri faces three straight divisional opponents, as the Tigers face both Florida (Nov. 4th) and Tennessee (Nov. 11th) in Columbia before traveling to Nashville to face Vanderbilt on November 18th.
Mizzou will wrap up the regular season in Fayetteville as they travel to Arkansas for the annual Battle Line Rivalry game over Thanksgiving weekend.
