Missouri softball falls at No. 7 Texas A&M
COLLEGE STATION, Tex. - Missouri softball dropped the series opener Friday at No. 7 Texas A&M in five innings.
Mizzou (17-12, 0-3 SEC) managed as many hits as errors committed (two).
Texas A&M (27-2, 6-1 SEC) starting pitcher Trinity Harrington threw a complete game shutout to earn her eighth win of the season.
The Aggies scored in every half inning they came to bat, hitting three home runs. All of them came against Tiger stating pitcher Madi Norman.
Norman only made it through two innings, surrendering six runs, five earned, on five hits and three walks.
The Tigers and Aggies will play the middle game of their series Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
