Missouri to travel to Knoxville for final road game
COLUMBIA - The Missouri football team will travel to Knoxville, Tennessee for the final road game of the regular season on Nov. 22. The Tigers and the Volunteers will face-off in an evening battle with kick-off scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT on either ESPN or the SEC Network. A network will be finalized following this weekend's games.
The two teams have only met on the field twice in program history, which started when Missouri became a member of the Southeastern Conference's East Division in 2012. The Tigers hold a 2-0 series record, beating the Volunteers 51-48 in 4 overtimes in 2012 and 31-3 in 2013.
After it's final bye week of the season, Mizzou will travel to Texas A&M this weekend for its fifth consecutive meeting between the two schools. That game can be seen at 6:30 p.m. CT on the SEC Network. The Tigers look to stay atop the SEC East race, with Georgia hosting Auburn in the final conference game of the regular season for the Bulldogs this weekend.
