COLUMBIA, SC - The Mizzou Volleyball team continued its winning ways Wednesday night with a road victory over conference foe South Carolina in five sets.

The Tigers fell behind early after losing the first set 19-25, only to rebound and take sets two and three 25-20 and 25-23, respectively. The Gamecocks would rally to win set four 25-22 to force a winner take all fifth set. The fifth set proved to be back and forth, but would ultimately end with Mizzou winning 16-14.

The Tigers were led by freshman Leketor Member-Meneh's 11 kills and senior Courtney Eckenrode's 35 assists.

South Carolina's Mikayla Shields's 29 kills and Courtney Koehler's 52 assists would keep the Gamecocks afloat, but it would be too little too late.

Mizzou has now won five straight matches and will look to make it six in a row on Sunday at No. 4 ranked Florida. First serve is scheduled for noon CT.
