Moberly Police Arrest Three For Drug Crimes
MOBERLY - Moberly Police Department and the North Missouri Drug Task Force seized methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine from a house. Officers served a search warrant for controlled substances on Sunday, April 15th in the 700 block of Taylor Street.
Police arrested a Moberly man and two Moberly women for Manufacturing or Distribution, Maintaining a Public Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia with bond set at $160,000 on each subject. None of the suspects posted bond and were sent to the Randolph County Justice Center.
Officers also detained two 17 year old males, but later released them. Two 16-year-old juveniles were detained and later turned over to family members. In addition, three others ages 3, 6 and 12 were placed into protective custody and turned over the Randolph County Juvenile Officer for placement with family members.
Formal charges have not been filed.
