MoDOT Looks to Sell Two Area Properties
COOPER COUNTY- The Missouri Department of Transportation announced Monday it will look to sell its former maintenance facilities in New Bloomfield and Jamestown.
The department said that both of the buildings were closed in 2011 as part of its plan to become a smaller agency. MoDOT put the New Bloomfield facility on the market for $93,000 and asked $100,000 for the Jamestown building.
