Moniteau County man charged after domestic disturbance call
JAMESTOWN - A man has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and assault 4th degree after deputies responded to a domestic disturbance.
Authorities said Gregorio Perez, 44-years-old, fired a gun at the residence before the Moniteau County deputies arrived. The deputies then took Perez into custody after he threw his gun.
While Perez was being taken into custody he allegedly assaulted and resisted deputies.
He was taken to the Moniteau County Jail for booking.
