ROCHEPORT - A large amount of metal fixtures were taken from Schnell Drilling in Rocheport sometime last night or this morning, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Department. The fixtures were stolen after a door at the company was forced open. The company, which is located at 200 Columbia St., estimates a more than $16,000 loss.

Included in the theft were several brass fittings. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for any information leading to an arrest in the theft. Anyone with information is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 875-TIPS (8477).
