CENTRALIA - A woman was arrested on Sunday after she distributed methamphetamine in Centralia.
According to the Centralia Police Department, Michelle Poe, 28, was in possession of packaged methamphetamine while driving with her two daughters, one six-months-old and the other one-year-old, at the time of her arrest. The daughters were released to a responsible family member by the police.
Poe is expected to be charged with distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, child endangerment, and transporting a controlled substance with minors. All four charges are felonies.
Poe will stay in the Boone County Jail while the charges are being filed.
