National Corvette Caravan comes through Columbia
COLUMBIA - The National Corvette Caravan made a stop in Columbia as they make their way across the country towards Bowling Green, Kentucky.
The caravan was up to over 600 Corvettes when it stopped Tuesday night at the Missouri Auto Auction lot in Columbia. They were met with friends, families, Corvette enthusiasts, and even a little party. Music, car repairs and checkups were all provided during their stop.
The caravan's purpose is to celebrate Corvettes and highlight the 20th anniversary of the National Corvette Museum.
Around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Corvettes gathered together and filed out in a single file line as they move on towards their final destination. A few gathered around to see the procession of cars leave the city.
