New troopers assigned to mid-Missouri region
JEFFERSON CITY - Three new troopers have been assigned to Troop F in mid-Missouri, according to Sgt. Scott White of Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The new troopers were members of MSHP’s 102nd recruit class that graduated from the Patrol Academy on Friday. The new troopers report for duty on July 11.
Trooper Sean Ernst, a native of Kirksville, has been assigned to Zone 10, which serves Boone County. He attended MU, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in fisheries and wildlife management. Ernst also currently serves in the Army National Guard.
Trooper Catlynn Newbold, a native of Jefferson City, has been assigned to Zone 11, which serves Camden County. Newbold attended William Woods University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies.
Trooper Geoffrey Beaulieu, a native of New London, Connecticut, has been assigned to Zone 9, which serves Montgomery County. Beaulieu enlisted with the United States Marine Corps, where he was stationed at Camp Pendleton, in Twentynine Palms, California.
