COLUMBIA - Patients at the MU Women and Children's Hospital gathered Sunday to hear the inspirational story of a two-legged dog.
Born without two legs, many veterinarians did not think Faith would make it. One day she stood up and walked on her hind legs.
Workers at the hospital heard Faith's story and partnered with the Children's Miracle Network and Veteran's United to bring Faith to Columbia.
Current patients and frequent outpatients at the hospital gathered to listen to Jude Stringfellow tell the story of her dog, who she said has greatly inspired everyone she meets.
Parents of patients said bringing in inspirational speakers like Jude and Faith help inspire them to keep fighting the illnesses their kids face.
