People Camp Out for Chance to Hear President Speak
WARRENSBURG - Tickets for President Obama's speech sold out in less than two hours Monday at the University of Central Missouri.
The President will visit the campus Wednesday and give a speech from the school's recreation center.
Nearly a thousand tickets were passed out, but those who didn't get a ticket still plan on trying to see Obama.
"He's probably gonna walk through campus so I'm gonna try to see him," student Kenny Mings said.
University of Central Missouri President, Charles Ambrose said the speech will be live streamed so those unable to get into the event will still be able to watch. KOMU.com also plans to stream the speech live.
