Pest control employee arrested, accused of robbing customer's home
LAKE OZARK - Camden County Sheriff's Office said Saturday it arrested an Iberia pest control employee after he was accused of stealing jewelry from a customer's home.
Camden County Sheriff's office said deputies and Lake Ozark police officers arrested 26-year-old Cody Lee Cochran Thursday at the pest control business office and found several pieces of jewelry on him.
According to the release, the homeowner told deputies she met with Cochran just before 5 p.m. to have him treat her home. Deputies said the homeowner left after Cochran treated the inside of the home and locked the door for him to finish treating the outside of the house.
According to Camden County Sheriff's deputies, she returned two hours later and found Cochran in her bedroom.
Police arrested Cochran at the pest control company for first degree burglary charges.
