Pujols Makes First Visit to Los Angeles
ANAHEIM - The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim held a press conference outside of Angel Stadium Saturday morning to showcase their new First Baseman Albert Pujols. Over 4,000 fans were in attendence to see their newest All-Star put on the Angels uniform for the first time, alongside fellow free-agent signee starting pitcher C.J. Wilson who previously helped lead the Texas Rangers to an American League Championship.
Pujols signed a 10-year contract with the team on Thursday worth 254 Million Dollars, leaving St. Louis for the first time in his 11-season career with two world championships.
