Restaurant fire causes evacuation in Columbia
COLUMBIA - A well-known steakhouse in south Columbia was evacuated after a fire broke out on Wednesday evening.
Firefighters responded to a call at Broil, which is on the corner of Southampton Drive and John Garry Drive, at 8:08 p.m. Nearby businesses also had to be evacuated.
Restaurant employees told KOMU 8 News that the fire was quickly brought under control.
