Road re-opens after crews repair five-foot deep hole
COLUMBIA - Sinclair Road re-opened Monday after being closed since last Wednesday when it was declared in danger of immediate collapse.
The road, near Mill Creek Elementary School, became difficult for school buses to drive on after a falling storm culvert left a five-foot deep, two-lane hole.
Repairs were initially predicted to last up to ten days but took only five days.
