COLUMBIA -- Rock Bridge High School has hired Robin Sherman as the new Bruin head volleyball coach. Sherman played volleyball at Wichita State University and has been a teacher in the Columbia Public Schools for 23 years.
Sherman is currently the media specialist at Midway Heights Elementary. She was the head volleyball coach for Hickman High School in the early 1990s and has a long history of experience with the sport.
Sherman replaces Tatum Anderson, who led the Bruins to a 26-7 record and district title game in her one year stint. Anderson leaves the program to focus on work and family, and looks forward to continued support of Coach Sherman and Rock Bridge volleyball.
