SE Mo. Post Office Reopens After Floods

To ensure its return, they enlisted the help of Republican Rep. Jo Ann Emerson, who said rural postal services are essential to southeast Missouri's rural communities and much more than a convenience.
The community also gave Emerson a certificate of appreciation during the reopening ceremony Thursday.
