HIGHLAND, Ill. (AP) - Family and friends of an 18-year-old southwestern Illinois man are saying their final goodbyes after he was found unconscious at a University of Missouri dorm.

Services for Gregory Holthaus were scheduled for Friday in his hometown of Highland.

Police at the University of Missouri in Columbia said Holthaus was visiting students at the Pershing group of residence halls when he was found unresponsive Oct. 13. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police have said there was no indication of foul play, but the death is being investigated.

Holthaus graduated earlier this year from Highland High School, where he played varsity football and baseball. He was enrolled at a technical college.

Highland is about 30 miles northeast of St. Louis.
