Shakespeare's Helps Raise Money for St. Louis Tornado Victims
COLUMBIA - Shakespeare's Pizza and Missouri alumni are working together to help the tornado victims in St. Louis. The local pizza joint teamed up with the Pattonville Chapter of the Missouri Alumni Club to raise funds for storm victims in Maryland Heights all by eating pizza.
"They are taking advantage of a 'Fifteen percent back at ya' fundraiser program we have. Any group can get a hold of us, set up a night where they bring in little fliers. We attach the receipt from their dinner to the flier. We add it all up at the end of the night, and cut a check for 15% of that total," Shakespeare's manager Kurt Mirtsching said.
All of the raised will go to the Pattcare Storm Relief Fund.
