Silver Alert canceled for Sunrise Beach man
SUNRISE BEACH - The Camden County Sheriff's Office said Friday night it canceled an endangered silver advisory for a 72-year-old retired attorney.
Frederick Dana was found near Rolla. He left his home in Sunrise Beach early Friday morning after leaving a note for his wife saying he had a court appearance in Clayton. Dana suffers from dementia, according to the Sheriff's Office.
His bank records showed Friday he used a credit card at a gas station in Stoutland at around 2:00 p.m.
Dana has not practiced law in several years.
