St. Louis County Man Sentenced to Jail for Child Endangerment

Todd Combs has been sentenced to a year in jail for giving alcohol to minors. He pleaded guilty to 7 counts of second-degree child endangerment. Combs gave alcohol to 7 minors, including his stepson, during a family outing along the Meramec River.

Chistopher Marks was last seen swinging on a rope near the river and his body was found a several days later and a few miles away.
