St. Peters Woman Faces Embezzlement Charges
ST. LOUIS (AP) - The former treasurer of a church-affiliated charity in St. Charles County faces sentencing in January. Nancy O'Donnell faces charges after admitting that she embezzled donor money from the church.
Federal authorities say the 53-year-old St. Peters woman pleaded guilty yesterday to mail fraud. O'Donnell was treasurer for the St. Joseph Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, a non-profit organization.
