SUV Slams Into Fitness Center; No One Hurt

CRESTWOOD, Mo. - A confused driver is being blamed after an SUV slammed into a St. Louis County fitness center.
The accident happened Monday morning in Crestwood. KSDK-TV reports that a woman narrowly avoided injury by jumping from a treadmill to get out of the way after the sport utility vehicle came crashing through the front glass window at Anytime Fitness Center.
Authorities say the 80-year-old driver confused the gas pedal with the brake.
