Technology Meets Business on MU Campus
COLUMBIA - The 2010 Missouri Technology Expo takes place at the MU Life Sciences building. The event features highly efficient water heaters, advancements in wound care, and ways to improve breast cancer screenings among other gadgets. More than 100 organizations will be represented at the expo in its first year.
The expo will bring scientists together with people who can research and commercialize new technologies. MU Chancellor Brady Deaton and Stephen Padgette, vice president of biotechnology with Monsanto Company, the company for which the auditorium this event takes place in is named after.
Registration costs $30 and starts at 7:30 a.m.
