Third suspect charged in connection with Moberly murder, arson
MOBERLY - The Randolph County Prosecutor's Office has charged a third suspect in connection with the October 2016 death of Kevin McCuispon.
Brittney Bowen, 25, was charged with murder, robbery, and armed criminal action. According to court documents, a witness reported seeing Bowen at the home on Calhoun Street where McCuispon was found dead on October 6.
The witness also told police she talked to Joseph Kertz, another suspect in the case, who allegedly told her he shot McCuispon and tried to burn the house down after McCuispon tried to rape Bowen, Kertz's girlfriend at the time.
Ethan Longbine has also been charged in connection with McCuispon's death.
