Three Arrested For Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Intent To Distribute
On 10/14/2011 at 1:40am, a Fulton Police Officer attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation in the area of Westminster Ave. and 5th St.
The vehicle failed to yield until the officer was able to stop the vehicle on 2nd St. and Jefferson St.
The driver, Donald D. Williams was found to be in Possession of Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia. A search of the vehicle was conducted and a large bag containing 15 smaller bags of marijuana packaged for sale was discovered.
The driver, Williams, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance with a bond of $55,000.00.
Two passengers in the vehicle, Lionel S. Gurley and Natasha R. Dewey were placed under arrest for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance, bond of $50,000.00. Williams is currently on Probation for Burglary 2nd Degree and Domestic Assault.
Gurley and Dewey are currently on Probation for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. All three were transported to the Callaway County Jail.
