FULTON - Three Missourians were arrested after a vehicle pursuit that started in Fulton on Friday.
Nathan Furlong, 19, of Mokane, Mo., had a suspended driver's license and was recognized by a Callaway County Deputy driving a white SUV on Friday. When the deputy tried to pull over the vehicle in Fulton, the car sped off. There were two others in the vehicle. The pursuit lasted thirteen miles and ended in the backyard of a residence on County Road 421 when all three inside the vehicle ran away on foot.
Fulton Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol searched for the suspects, and all three were found and arrested. Furlong was charged with resisting arrest, driving while suspended, operating motor vehicle in careless and imprudent fashion causing an accident, and burglary 1st degree. Katrina Hanger, 19, of New Bloomfield, Mo., and Shane Thomas, 21, of Fulton, Mo., were both charged with resisting arrest.
All three are incarcerated and there will be no further investigation by the Callaway County Sheriff's Office.
