Three Moberly Residents Arrested After Search Finds Crack Cocaine, Marijuana
MOBERLY - Three Moberly residents were arrested Thursday morning after the Moberly Police Department, Randolph County Sherriff's Office and the North Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant and found crack cocaine, marijuana and paraphernalia used in the manufacture of crack cocaine in their residence.
All three people in the residence were arrested for possession of a controlled substance, including a 29-year-old male, a 32-year-old male and a 52-year-old female. The 29-year-old male and the female were booked and released pending the filing of formal charges.
The 32-year-old male was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance. He was transferred to the Justice Center and his bond is set at $20,000.
Late Thursday, Associate Circuit Judge Cynthia Suter issued a three-count warrant charging Anthony Dwayne Blake, age 32, with Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce Or Attempt To Or Possess With Intent To Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce A Controlled Substance, Possession Of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana and Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance. Bond was set at $45,000.
