Tigers and Wildcats Will Battle for Conference Win

COLUMBIA -- Mizzou is still looking for its first ever SEC win after getting handled by top ranked Alabama 42-10 on Saturday.

On Monday, the SEC announced the Tigers' next game against Kentucky will kick off at 11:00 A.M. on October 27th. It will be televised on ESPN-U.

Here's what you need to know about Kentucky:

  • They, like Mizzou, are winless in conference play.
  • In addition, the Wildcats rank 119th out of 124 FBS schools on 3rd down defense.
  • Oppenents are converting a sizzling 55 perecent of the time on 3rd down.

The game will serve as the University of Missouri's 101st homecoming celebration.
