Tigers Breeze Past North Dakota
COLUMBIA - The Missouri Tigers beat the North Dakota Fighting Sioux 69-52 on Saturday (Dec. 10) in the Mizzou Arena. The Tigers started the game on a 21-0 run, an advantage that never dropped below 12 points. The Tigers stifled North Dakota's offensive game by holding the Fighting Sioux to just 29 percent shooting, and received a big boost from Christine Flores, who followed a triple-double by tying her career high of 29 points in a single game. Freshman Morgan Eye also tied her career high with 16 points in the contest.
The Tigers' next home game is Monday, December 19 against the Evansville Purple Aces.
