Trial Date Set for Sedalia Man Accused of Sex Crimes
SEDALIA - A trial date has been set for the man accused of sexual misconduct with a child.
Sedalia Police arrested 67-year-old Edward Frederick in August. He's charged with statutory sodomy, child molestation and sexual misconduct involving a child. Authorities said the victim involved was under the age of 12.
Frederick is scheduled to be in court on the various charges May 6 in Pettis County. Judge Robert Koffman will hear the case. Prior to his trial, Frederick is due in court April 21 for a pre-trial conference.
