JASPER COUNTY — Two adult drivers died Saturday afternoon in a car accident northwest of Sarcoxie.

A Missouri State Highway Patrol report stated Bonnie S. Weaver, 75 of Tulsa, Okla., traveled west bound in the east bound lanes of I-44. The vehicle struck an SUV, killing Weaver and 58-year-old Johnny L. Washburn of Asbury.

The head-on collision also seriously injured the four passengers related to Washburn.
