Rotter already had three active warrants, two for controlled substance, one with no bond and one with $50,000 surety. The third warrant is a parole absconder for robbery with no bond.
Records show that Rotter pled guilty and served time in prison on two different occasions following two thrid-degree domestic assault charges in 2010.
Lage was arrested for 1 count of distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a felon and possession of paraphernalia. They were both released to the Callaway County Jail.
