Two officers assaulted at Fulton diagnostic center
FULTON - Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center is returning to normal after a lockdown Friday, March 14. The lockdown was put in place after two staff members were assaulted.
Two correctional officers sustained minor to moderate injuries. The incident is under investigation.
According to Missouri Department of Corrections Communications David Owen, the institution began slowly lifting the lockdown Monday. It expects to be back to normal operations by the end of the week.
