Two Suspects with Possession Charges Fail to Appear in Court

MOBERLY — The Moberly Police and Randolph County Sheriff's departments are looking for Cathy and Richard Roe.
According to a press release, both subjects are wanted for failing to appear on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
Both suspects are known to have violent tendencies. Anyone with knowledge of their whereabouts is asked to contact the Randolph County Tips line at 600-263-8477 or any law enforcement agency.
A reward of up to $1000 is being offered to anyone with information that would lead to the suspects' whereabouts.
