Two Tigers named to preseason softball All-SEC Team
COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Southeastern Conference released its annual Preseason All-SEC Team on Thursday. Mizzou standouts junior OF Taylor Gadbois (Maryville, Mo.) and sophomore pitcher Tori Finucane (Germantown, Md.) were two of 16 student-athletes named to the list.
Mizzou was one of six SEC schools with at least two selections. The Preseason All-SEC Team is voted on by the league's head coaches.
Finucane returns to the circle in 2015 after racking up 21 wins during her first collegiate campaign, 11 of them in conference play. She was named The 2014 Freshman of the Year with 19 completes games and a 1.73 ERA last season. Finucane was one of only three pitchers on the Preseason All-SEC Team.
