Update: Jefferson City Man in Custody

JEFFERSON CITY - A man accused of child abuse is in custody Tuesday morning after being wanted by Jefferson City Police.
Devin Benke is accused of abusing a four-year old child on Wednesday, Feb. 6.
Law enforcement at the Boone County Jail confirmed that Columbia police arrested Benke.
Benke had a $75,000 bond warrant for child abuse in Cole County.
