Viewer survey: Where do you stand on the religious freedom resolution?
COLUMBIA —This survey is now closed.
Senate Joint Resolution 39, or the religious freedom resolution, is a proposal that would protect businesses and individuals that refuse to provide services because of beliefs about same-sex marriage.
Sen. Onder, R-Lake Saint Louis, sponsors SJR 39, which would also protect clergy and places of worship that do not want to participate in same-sex weddings.
The controversial measure has the entire state talking, and now, it's your turn. KOMU 8 News wants to hear your reasons for supporting or opposing the resolution.
Please take our brief and anonymous survey, and your answers could be featured on a special Town Square segment of KOMU 8 News at Noon. You will have the option to leave your contact information if you wish for one of our reporters to contact you.
