JEFFERSON CITY - Tonight, walk a mile in her shoes.

Men and boys will walk a mile in high-heel shoes to raise awareness about relationship and sexual violence.

It's part of the 11th annual Shoes, Blues and Barbecue, which benefits the Jefferson City rape and abuse crisis service.

The event runs from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m in Memorial park and the high-heel walk starts at 5:30 p.m. on the park's walking trail.
