Woman Arrested for Driving While Suspended and Suspicion of Burglary

OSAGE COUNTY - The Osage County Sheriff's Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol and Linn Police Department arrested Lindsay Nicole Duncan on Monday, Oct. 29.

Officers arrested Duncan for driving while suspended and suspicion of burglary.

According to Chief Deputy Rob Relford, Duncan was taken into custody after her vehicle information was given to law enforcement from an individual reporting a burglary at their residence on Highway 89 North in Osage County. Located inside of Duncan's vehicle were three firearms, binoculars, folding knives, fixed blade knives as well as other items.

Duncan is being held in the Osage County Jail pending the filing of formal charges for burglary, driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance. A second suspect is being sought in connection with this burglary.
