First Alert Forecast
Skies will remain generally overcast for the remainder of the day and into the overnight hours. Rain chances will increase throughout Mid-MO as we head closer to midnight tonight. Some the rain showers may turn over to snow flurries for the northern portions of the area. Rain and snow will end in the morning hours of Sunday and clouds will begin to decrease in the afternoon.
Monday and Tuesday will have highs in the 40s with more overnight rain possible Monday night.
Wednesday will have the possibility of afternoon snow flurries with highs dipping down into the lower 30s. Overnight lows for the next three days will be very cold, with lows Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights hovering in the middle 10s and highs for those days in the middle to upper 20s.
A brief warm up Saturday into the upper 30s will be cut short by another chance of overnight snow showers and another cooldown into the upper 20s by next Sunday and Monday.
