First Alert Forecast
Out the door temperatures are still in the single digits this morning with wind chills below 0, but a warm up is coming starting as early as this afternoon. We will warm into the middle 20s today under mainly sunny skies with winds out of the southwest at 5-10MPH.
That southwesterly wind is a warm weather direction and will bring in warmer temperatures over the next few days and help hold temps in the middle 10’s tonight under clear skies. Wind chills should bottom out around 5°.
We will warm above the seasonal average for several days in a row starting on Thursday with highs in the lower 40s. We get even warmer for Friday with highs in the upper 40s, and by this weekend the 50s are expected to return with a lot more cloud cover ahead of our next cold front that will bring a chance of rain on Sunday and possibly snow on Monday.
