Periods of showers will continue today as temps slowly climb into the 40s and 50s. Into the afternoon, temps will be widespread in the middle 50s, some may warm into the lower 60s to the south with a few rumbles of thunder at times.
A cold front will pass through the state tonight with rain moving out after midnight. Clouds will remain overhead as temps cool into the middle and upper 30s.
Tuesday will be a cloudy and overcast day, but still mild considering the time of season. Temps will slowly rise back into the lower and middle 40s.
While Tuesday will be a cooler day, the trend is for a very warm pattern to set in this week and through the weekend. Temps will be in the 50s and lower 60s with drier/sunnier conditions returning by Wednesday. Rain showers appear more likely by Friday and sets a trend for a rainy weekend ahead.
