Patchy fog has developed over central Missouri and is expected to lift by 8am. Watch for lower visibilities along river valleys and cool, open areas. Temps out the door will be in the mid 40s.
Sunshine will fill the skies today as high pressure is to the south. This will help induce a weak southwest wind today raising temps into the middle 70s by the afternoon.
Skies will remain mainly clear this evening with a few clouds overnight. Temps will remain mild with overnight lows near 60.
A Few isolated showers will be possible in the morning Friday and again Friday afternoon with quick, weak passing storm systems. Skies will be partly sunny and temps will be in the lower 80s.
Into the weekend, the warmer trends continue and so do the storm chances. Storms are expected to develop by late morning and early afternoon and could be strong to severe with all modes of severe weather possible, especially along and south of I-70 .
Storms will clear by late Saturday evening leading to slightly cooler, but sunny weather for Sunday and Monday. Temps will be in the upper 70s.
